In late October of 2007, Fox's The Morning Show with Mike and
Juliet issued an official challenge to Katherine: Can she really
help someone to find love in just 7 weeks? Real love, lasting love,
the love people dream of having? They invited 40-year old Sunny
Barretto onto the show to share her story.
At the time, Sunny lived in
New York City and was a successful, unmarried
career woman. For most of her life, she had been satisfied with the
way things were. "I'm independent, I can travel, my time is my own,"

much time left if she wanted children, Sunny realized that something

What is a teleclass?
Teleclasses are live classes offered via the
telephone and online. Participants from all over the world gather
together at a set time in a conference call to interact live with
author Katherine Woodward Thomas, and Calling in “The One”
teleclass co-creator, Claire Andrea Zammit. As with any other class,
there are lectures, discussions, and live interactions between
facilitators and students. Between sessions, students are also
invited to post reflections on a special online discussion board and
to interact with other participants.
What if I miss a class or am unable to attend
live on Tuesdays?
Many people who take the class are unable to
attend the live calls, and they report that their experience is just
as powerful. People most frequently say that they feel profoundly
supported by the group energy and have a much richer experience than
when they simply read the book, engaging the course on their own.
All the teleclass recordings are available by phone, through online
playback or by download to your audio player. You may also post your
questions for the facilitators to answer on the live calls—you’ll
feel very much a part of our community and enjoy the camaraderie of
sharing the journey with other participants.
Do I need any special equipment?
Your registration includes the Calling in
“The One”: 7 Weeks to Attract the Love of Your Life book, which
provides the text for the class. The only other equipment you’ll
need is either a telephone or a computer with an internet
connection. If you choose to participate by phone, depending on your
telephone carrier, you may also incur some long distance charges for
the calls themselves.
What will I learn?
You will learn how to become magnetic, drawing
towards you all those things you most deeply desire to have in your
life, including, of course, greater and greater levels of love and
belonging. The class, while highly informative, is primarily

Can I really find love in just 7 weeks?
Many people do find love within this relatively
short period of time. However, it is not the goal of the course. The

and for most people, that can certainly be accomplished in 7 weeks.
What if I don’t feel ready to be in a
relationship? Should I still take the course?
Many people take the course simply to complete
past failed relationships, and to understand why they have created
the same disappointing experiences over and over, so that they never
have to repeat that same dynamic again. If you do not feel ready to
bring a new love into your life, there is no pressure to do so at
this time. The focus of a Calling in “The One” class is on
